Terms of Use
These terms explain the boundaries for using NewArrival.ie to prepare truthful CV and job materials, organise next steps and read checked public information.
Important boundaries
- NewArrival.ie is an independent service. It is not a government body and does not make official decisions.
- NewArrival.ie does not provide legal advice, immigration representation or guaranteed outcomes.
- Check current rules, deadlines and eligibility with the responsible Irish authority or a qualified professional.
- CV and job support must use truthful information. NewArrival can improve wording and structure but must not invent facts.
Use truthful information
You are responsible for reviewing the facts you supply and the completed material before using it. NewArrival may improve wording, order and presentation but will not invent roles, employers, dates, responsibilities, qualifications, certificates, language level, licences, references, work permission or immigration status.
Independent preparation service
NewArrival is not a government body, legal adviser, regulated representative, recruiter or employer. It cannot guarantee a status, deadline outcome, interview, job, housing, welfare or public-service decision. Use official channels and qualified advice where needed.
Request and payment
Submitting the intake is not payment and does not mark an order as paid. The initial status is received. Submitting a request does not mean it is automatically accepted for fulfilment. NewArrival first checks that the request is complete, then sends a verified €29 payment link. Work starts only after payment is confirmed. Opening a payment link does not by itself confirm payment.
Irish CV Pack delivery and refunds
The €29 Founding Beta includes one complete Irish-style CV in English, an editable DOCX, a short employer or Indeed message and one reasonable factual correction.
The 48-hour delivery clock begins only when both events have happened: payment is confirmed and NewArrival has all required information. If information is missing, the clock does not start until the missing information is received.
You may ask to cancel before work starts. A refund may also be available for an accidental duplicate payment or if NewArrival cannot deliver the purchased product. Once work has started or a draft has been prepared, any refund is considered fairly based on the work already done. Not receiving an interview or job is not a reason by itself for a refund.
One factual correction
One reasonable correction based on true information is included—for example, correcting a name, date, employer or real certificate. A new target job, substantial new experience, a full rewrite, a second CV or tailoring for a new vacancy are outside that correction scope.
Safety and refusal
NewArrival may pause or refuse a request that asks for false information, unsafe content or work outside the service boundary. If a request is blocked before work starts, payment and refund handling is considered fairly according to what has happened.
