Work, identity and your information

Important boundaries

  • NewArrival.ie is an independent service. It is not a government body and does not make official decisions.
  • NewArrival.ie does not provide legal advice, immigration representation or guaranteed outcomes.
  • Check current rules, deadlines and eligibility with the responsible Irish authority or a qualified professional.
  • CV and job support must use truthful information. NewArrival can improve wording and structure but must not invent facts.

What we save

Your private account stores your email, conversation, draft answers, proposed and confirmed career information, and CV versions. Information extracted by AI remains a proposal until you review it. Editing CV wording does not silently change your reusable facts.

AI processing

Work sends relevant career information to models through OpenRouter to understand your answers, suggest career directions and draft and review your CV. We request routing that disallows provider data collection and requires Zero Data Retention endpoints. This is a routing restriction, not a promise that every service involved retains no operational data. Do not include PPS numbers, identity documents, medical details or other people’s private information.

Returning to your account

Sign-in requires a single-use email link, valid for 15 minutes. An essential secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Merely entering an existing email address does not grant account access. You can sign out on all devices from Account.

Product measurement

We record product steps, failures, document formats, device category and AI timing, token and cost metadata. Account activity uses a pseudonymous identifier. Routine analytics exclude email addresses, conversations, CV text and prompt content. Event records are retained for up to 30 days.

Your controls

Review, correct or remove career information in Work. Download your account data or delete your account from Account. Removing a fact stops its future reuse; conversation history and older CV versions remain until account deletion. Deletion removes active account, conversation and document data. Protected backups can retain earlier data until their retention period expires.

Security limits

No online service can promise absolute security. NewArrival uses HTTPS, private server storage, restricted file permissions, input limits and server-generated order references. If persistence fails, the site does not claim that your request was received.
