NewArrival فقط معلومات لازم برای آمادهسازی خدمت درخواستی شما را میپرسد. در درخواست سیوی، جزئیات دعوای حقوقی، حفاظت، صحت، آسیب روانی یا معلومات حساس دیگر را وارد نکنید.
مرزهای مهم
- NewArrival.ie یک خدمت مستقل است. این یک نهاد دولتی نیست و تصمیمات رسمی نمیگیرد.
- NewArrival.ie مشورۀ حقوقی، نمایندگی مهاجرت یا نتیجۀ تضمینشده ارائه نمیکند.

Personal Journey personalisation
We use the profile details you choose to provide—your first name, origin, current country, destination, plan creation date, current focus and real saved progress—to build your journey summary, story, next step and recommendation order. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Journey analytics use categories and anonymous identifiers, not your name, email, story or document contents. You can correct or delete your saved profile.
My Work Journey data
We use the Work Profile information you choose to provide—employment and education history, skills, job preferences, broad work-permission context, commute and optional practical constraints—to build your private work journey. Your approved evidence may support CVs, vacancy matching, application packs and interview preparation. We do not sell this profile or expose it to employers without your explicit action.
External AI processing is optional. When enabled with your consent, we send only the minimum evidence needed for the requested task through privacy-compatible routing. We do not send raw contracts, payslips or unrelated account data. Operational logs use an anonymous user identifier, feature and model metadata, status, latency, token usage and estimated cost—not CV or story text, email, phone or document contents.
Contract and payslip files are not accepted in this release. You can store private metadata such as evidence type, period and received date. You can correct or delete Work Journey records from the product. Deleting My Work Journey does not delete your separate NewArrival account or unrelated saved records.
Free-space registration and profile data
NewArrival creates a device-bound provisional account first. Email verification enables reliable recovery and use on another device when delivery is configured.
What is collected and why
Registration collects first name to personalise the space; email for service access, verification and recovery; preferred language for the interface; country of origin, current country, destination country and arrival state for relevant destination context; and an optional primary need to shape the first cabinet view. Country of origin is not treated as proven nationality or citizenship.
Device and server storage
An onboarding draft, excluding the email field, may be saved locally so a refresh or language change does not erase progress. After creation, a minimal non-email profile may remain on the device for the cabinet welcome. When server storage is configured, the full profile is stored in a private directory outside public files and deployment releases. An opaque HttpOnly session cookie connects the device to that profile.
Email and optional marketing
A requested service email may contain a secure verification link for recovery and cross-device access. The interface states whether the mail provider accepted that message; acceptance is not a promise of inbox delivery. Marketing consent is separate, optional and never preselected. Service email does not depend on marketing consent.
Use, analytics and sharing
Profile data is used to create and personalise the NewArrival space, maintain access, prevent abuse and support requested services. Personal data is not sold. Funnel analytics must not contain first name, raw email, document data, address, passport data or sensitive free text.
Retention, access and deletion
An unverified provisional profile is kept for no longer than 90 days unless it is needed to resolve a service, privacy or safety issue. Device progress can be cleared and a deletion request can be made through the available privacy controls or by replying to a service email. Verified account recovery and deletion options will use the confirmed email.

اگر از راه یک پیوند آغاز کمپاین NewArrival وارد شوید، سفارش ممکن است منبع محدود ورود، کمپاین، زمینۀ معرفی و مسیر صفحۀ ورود را نیز ثبت کند. این موارد شامل نام، ایمیل، داستان شما، URL کامل معرفیکننده یا شناسه ردیابی میان وبسایتها نیستند.
چرا استفاده میشود
این معلومات فقط برای بررسی، آمادهسازی، تحویل و پشتیبانی Irish CV Pack شما، مدیریت پرداخت و اصلاحات، جلوگیری از درخواستهای تکراری و رسیدگی به پرسشهای مرتبط با حریم خصوصی یا خدمت استفاده میشود. این معلومات فروخته نمیشود و برای آموزش مدلهای هوش مصنوعی بهکار نمیرود.
محل ذخیرهسازی درخواست
سفارشهای ارسالشده در یک پوشۀ خصوصی سرور، بیرون از وبسایت عمومی و نسخههای منتشرشده، نگهداری میشوند. بازدیدکنندگان عمومی نمیتوانند سوابق سفارش را فهرست یا دریافت کنند. دسترسی تنها به شخصی محدود است که خدمت آزمایشی آغازین را انجام میدهد.
حفظ و حذف
درخواستهایی که به پرداخت نمیرسند، به مدت بیش از ۹۰ روز نگه داشته نمیشوند، مگر اینکه برای حل یک مسئله خدماتی یا ایمنی لازم باشد. محتوای انجام سفارشات تکمیلشده تا ۱۲ ماه پس از تحویل نگه داشته میشود و سپس حذف یا کاهش مییابد. سوابق محدود پرداخت یا حسابداری ممکن است در صورت نیاز قانونی برای مدت طولانیتر نگهداری شوند.
گزینههای شما
میتوانید خلاصۀ درخواست خود را پیش و پس از ارسال دانلود یا کاپی کنید. اگر ایمیل مستقیم خدماتی دریافت کردید، به آن پاسخ دهید و شمارۀ مرجع سفارش سرور را بنویسید تا بپرسید چه معلوماتی نگهداری شده، آن را اصلاح یا دریافت کنید، یا حذف آن را بخواهید. آدرس عمومی پشتیبانی تنها پس از تأیید راه تماس نمایش داده میشود. اگر قانون نگهداری یک سند را لازم بداند، حذف ممکن است محدود باشد.
ایمیل و پرداخت
رسید نشان میدهد که آیا شرکت فراهمکنندۀ ایمیل، پیام تأیید را برای تحویل پذیرفته است یا نه؛ پذیرفتن پیام ثابت نمیکند که ایمیل خوانده شده است. اگر ایمیل در دسترس نباشد، درخواست ذخیره میماند و رسید ادعا نمیکند که پیامی فرستاده شده است. پس از بررسی، NewArrival پیوند تأییدشدۀ پرداخت را فقط از راه یک کانال تنظیمشده میفرستد. تمام جزئیات فورم را از راه پیوند عمومی یا URL ایمیل نفرستید.
محدودیتهای امنیتی
هیچ خدمت آنلاین نمیتواند امنیت کامل را تضمین کند. NewArrival از HTTPS، ذخیرهسازی خصوصی سرور، اجازۀ محدود فایلها، محدودیت ورودی و شمارههای مرجع سفارش ساختهشده توسط سرور استفاده میکند. اگر ذخیرهسازی پایدار ناکام شود، وبسایت ادعا نمیکند که درخواست شما دریافت شده است.
